Platform for Social Change has started training for hegumens!

From March 6 to 8, over 20 representatives of monastic communities gathered in Lviv to begin their training in a specialized program for hegumens—“The Art of Community Management.” The program is designed to enhance their leadership and management skills.
The first module was focused on leadership, personal development, and organizational strategy building. The knowledge gained will enable participants to better coordinate their activities, make well-informed decisions, and contribute to the growth of their communities.
Managing a religious community is a significant responsibility that requires modern expertise in management, finance, and community development. Monastic leaders often face challenges in effectively managing people, allocating resources, and implementing social initiatives. The Platform for Social Change aims to equip them with the necessary tools and knowledge so that their communities can not only function sustainably but also grow and implement meaningful social projects.
This program offers abbots and abbesses the opportunity to acquire contemporary management and leadership skills that will help them fulfill their mission more effectively and develop their communities.
