The 2025 Narrative Report of the Social Change Platform Has Been Published

The Social Change Platform has published its 2025 Narrative Report. It brings together the key results of our work, major programmes, support areas, and examples of how we strengthened social entrepreneurship and community development through education, mentorship, and investment. In 2025, the Social Change Platform worked with entrepreneurs, young people, communities, and partners to develop an enabling environment for social entrepreneurship in Ukraine. The year’s results include educational and acceleration programmes, mentorship support, grant opportunities, new jobs for vulnerable groups, and international partnerships that open up additional opportunities for local development.

The report places a special focus on the practical outcomes of our programmes. In 2025, 25 participants completed the Social Entrepreneurship Accelerator, more than 70 entrepreneurs joined the Development Laboratory online course, and the AI for Business programme engaged 60 participants, most of whom have already started using artificial intelligence tools in their work. As part of the youth track, school students from communities in the Khmelnytskyi region took part in bootcamps and launched their own pilot initiatives.

The report also presents the outcomes of the investment and international cooperation tracks, including grants awarded, jobs created, organisations supported, and participation in international projects aimed at community development, stronger social services, and sustainable solutions in Ukraine.
