Platform for Social Change is launching a new program – the Accelerator of Social Entrepreneurship, designed to provide training and support for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the Khmelnytskyi region. This intensive course will combine educational sessions, practical support from experienced mentors, and grant funding, helping to turn ideas into successful social enterprises.

Who is the program for?
The Accelerator is aimed at entrepreneurs who already run a business in the agrifood sector, demonstrate stable growth, implement innovations, and are eager to address social challenges. If your business not only generates profit but also actively improves people’s lives and contributes to community development, this program is for you.

What will participants gain?
The program will help you expand your business, optimize internal processes, develop new products, and build a strategy to enter new markets. Participants will receive access to mentorship, with experts helping to refine business processes and support enterprise growth.

The training will include four two-day modules covering the following topics:

  • Module 1 (March 18-19): Business Strategy Development and Business Management
  • Module 2 (April 1-2): Financial Management and Attracting Investments
  • Module 3 (April 15-16): Marketing and Communication Strategy
  • Module 4 (April 22-23): Legal and Tax Aspects, as well as Human Resource Management.

Participants will also have the opportunity to join networking events.
The first event – Artificial Intelligence for Business Development – will explore how AI solutions can automate business processes and boost team productivity.
The second event – Project Presentation Workshop – will teach participants how to effectively pitch their business ideas to attract investments.

After completing the training and mentorship sessions, participants will present their business ideas at a final pitch event and have the chance to secure funding for business development ranging from €2,000 to €5,000.
