CApABLE is an international project that enhances the professionalism of workers in the social care sector through policy updates, modern standards, and the recruitment of new specialists. The project’s goal is to make professions in this field more prestigious and to provide high-quality services for older adults. The project is supported by the Interreg Europe program, co-financed by the European Union.

COOPOWER is an international project that helps vulnerable youth from disadvantaged regions find employment and become financially independent through research, training, and pilot initiatives. The project brings together organizations, businesses, educational institutions, and public authorities from 8 countries to develop effective solutions for youth employment. This project is supported by the Interreg Danube Region Programme co-funded by the European Union.

The “Empowerment Project” is an initiative aimed at supporting young people aged 15 to 24 who are not in education, employment, or training (the NEET group – Not in Employment, Education, or Training). We create opportunities for learning, employment, and the development of entrepreneurial skills, focusing our efforts on youth from rural communities in the Khmelnytskyi region.

The program aims to strengthen socio-economic resilience through the development of social entrepreneurship among NGOs in Khmelnytsky region, especially in rural areas.
