Platform for Social Change is opening applications for Impact Projects Accelerator 2.0 — a free business development program for entrepreneurs from Khmelnytskyi Region who want to grow their businesses while creating positive change for people, communities, or the environment.
Following the selection process, we will invite 35 participants to join the program and spend several months working on their businesses with trainers, experts, and mentors.
Participation in the program is free of charge, and participants will have an opportunity to apply for grant funding to develop or scale their businesses.
Applications are open from August 20 to September 21, 2026.
What is Impact Projects Accelerator 2.0?
We created this program for entrepreneurs who want not only to gain new knowledge but also to work systematically on strengthening their businesses.
The program combines practical training, hands-on work on participants’ own projects, support from experts and mentors, and preparation for a final business presentation.
Participants will take part in five two-day in-person modules in Khmelnytskyi. During the program, we will work together on key areas of business development, including:
- strategy and business model;
- financial planning;
- product development and customer understanding;
- sales and marketing;
- operational processes;
- social or environmental impact;
- communications and the use of AI for business.
For us, it is important that the training leads to practical results. Participants will not only learn from trainers but will immediately apply new tools to their own businesses, complete practical assignments, and work with experts and mentors on specific business challenges.
What will you gain from the program?
During the program, you will have an opportunity to:
- work systematically on developing your business;
- test and improve your business model;
- strengthen your financial planning and management;
- improve your sales and marketing;
- identify and learn how to measure the social or environmental impact of your business;
- receive support from trainers, experts, and mentors;
- learn how to use modern AI tools in your work;
- meet other entrepreneurs and expand your professional network;
- prepare your business for the final presentation;
- have an opportunity to apply for grant funding for further business development.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for entrepreneurs from Khmelnytskyi Region who have an operating business or a well-developed business project, product, service, or prototype and are ready to actively work on its development.
It is important that your business not only has a commercial component but also helps address a social or environmental challenge. For example, it may create jobs in local communities, support vulnerable groups, strengthen local production, or offer solutions that benefit the environment.
Priority areas include agriculture and food production, green entrepreneurship, environmental solutions, and local production.
Participants should also be ready to attend the in-person modules in Khmelnytskyi, complete practical assignments, and work with mentors throughout the program.
From training to the next stage of business development
After completing the five training modules, participants will move on to an intensive mentoring phase. Together with mentors, they will have an opportunity to further develop their business models, finances, sales, marketing, and other areas based on the specific needs of their businesses.
On December 21, we will hold Pitch Day — the final presentation of participants’ business projects to experts, partners, donors, and potential investors.
For us, Pitch Day is not simply the end of the training program. It is an opportunity for participants to move to the next stage of development — attracting funding, building new partnerships, receiving additional mentoring, or further developing their businesses.
Program participants will also have an opportunity to apply for grant funding. However, participation in the Accelerator does not automatically guarantee a grant. Funding will be awarded through a separate selection process.
