Platform for Social Change Successfully Passes Independent Verification and Joins the Philanthropy in Ukraine Verified Organizations Directory
The Platform for Social Change Charitable Foundation has successfully completed an independent comprehensive verification and has been included in the Philanthropy in Ukraine Verified Organizations Directory. Following the assessment, our organization achieved Level 3 out of 4 for institutional development, and received a certificate confirming successful verification, valid for two years.
The verification assessed the organization’s institutional capacity, governance, financial management, operational processes, safeguarding policies, public reporting, data protection, partnerships, and communications.
According to the expert assessment, the Platform for Social Change demonstrates substantial organizational experience, a strong reputation, a clear focus on social entrepreneurship, a highly capable team, well-established international partnerships, and long-term relationships with beneficiaries. The assessment also highlights that the organization possesses the necessary systems and resources to deliver its programs effectively.
The experts also recognized the strength of our operational capacity, including the use of modern project management tools, a systematic monitoring and evaluation framework, extensive experience in implementing large-scale grant-funded projects, and a strong track record of collaboration with international donors.
The assessment also provided valuable recommendations for our continued institutional growth. These include further diversifying funding sources, strengthening public financial reporting, introducing a comprehensive feedback policy, and developing additional security protocols. We view these recommendations as an important roadmap for increasing our transparency, accountability, and long-term organizational sustainability.
Being included in the Philanthropy in Ukraine Verified Organizations Directory is another important milestone that confirms the Platform for Social Change operates according to high standards of governance, transparency, and responsible resource management. It also opens new opportunities for partnerships, international collaboration, and the implementation of initiatives that strengthen social entrepreneurship and empower communities across Ukraine.
