{"id":930,"date":"2025-11-04T15:56:04","date_gmt":"2025-11-04T13:56:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/social-change.com.ua\/?p=930"},"modified":"2025-11-04T15:57:10","modified_gmt":"2025-11-04T13:57:10","slug":"platforma-sotsialnyh-zmin-vzyala-uchast-u-programi-creapolis-matera-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/social-change.com.ua\/en\/platforma-sotsialnyh-zmin-vzyala-uchast-u-programi-creapolis-matera-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"The Platform for Social Change Took Part in the CREAPOLIS Matera 2025 Program"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our team participated in the international learning program CREAPOLIS Matera 2025, organized by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.materahub.com\/\">Materahub<\/a> \u2014 a leading European institution in the fields of creative entrepreneurship and social innovation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The program was implemented with the support of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.erstestiftung.org\/en\/\">Erste Foundation<\/a>, a donor of the initiative and a key partner in advancing social entrepreneurship across Europe. A representative from the foundation also participated in the program, emphasizing the importance of international cooperation and the exchange of experiences between countries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Throughout the week, participants from Ukraine explored how creativity and cross-sector collaboration can become drivers of community recovery. We studied the experience of Matera \u2014 a city that transformed from a peripheral region into a European Capital of Culture and a model of sustainable development through creative approaches.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>The program included:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Immersion into Matera\u2019s model of creative city development \u2014 from cultural heritage to innovation;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work with the <\/span><b>Creative Project Canvas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a tool that helps teams stay focused on their values and mission throughout project implementation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visits to social enterprises in the creative industries that demonstrate how collaboration can help rebuild communities and create sustainable opportunities for people.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Matera program reaffirmed that creativity is a development strategy. Ukrainian cities can already begin building the economy of the future \u2014 one grounded in partnerships, culture, and shared values.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cKamianets-Podilskyi is very similar to Matera. The city\u2019s example of revival inspires us to develop our own city and country as a whole.
