More than 20 small- and medium-sized business owners in agrifood, manufacturing and services took part. All of them aim to scale their initiatives, make their businesses more resilient and, at the same time, deliver tangible benefits to their communities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"519\" data-end=\"989\">The Accelerator followed our holistic model that combines training, mentoring and financing in a clear sequence. First, participants completed an intensive learning track covering four modules \u2014 business strategy, financial management, marketing, legal issues and team management. Next, they received tailored mentoring to refine their business models and prepare for the final pitch. In the end, the most promising social-business ideas secured financial support to grow.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1035\">Congratulations to the Pitch Day winners<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"2646\">\n<li data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1374\">\n<p data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1374\"><strong data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1074\">Sunny Coffee \u2014 Lyudmyla Naumets<\/strong><br data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1077\" \/>An inclusive caf\u00e9-patisserie that pairs food service with social support for young adults with Down syndrome. The project promotes socialisation, adaptation and employment for people with intellectual disabilities over 18, making the community more inclusive and responsive to vulnerable groups.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1602\">\n<p data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1602\"><strong data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1411\">\u201cEpiravlyk\u201d \u2014 Aliona Shybunko<\/strong><br data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1414\" \/>A snail farm developing gastro-tourism and processing its own products. The grant will fund a mini-workshop, create new jobs and boost local economic activity through on-site processing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1882\">\n<p data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1882\"><strong data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1641\">Soap Stories \u2014 Maryana Ovcharuk<\/strong><br data-start=\"1641\" data-end=\"1644\" \/>The region\u2019s first private soap-making workshop producing natural cosmetics from plant-based raw materials. The new social component: jobs for people with disabilities. The business operates as a family enterprise with local production.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1884\" data-end=\"2164\">\n<p data-start=\"1886\" data-end=\"2164\"><strong data-start=\"1886\" data-end=\"1917\">AgroKvity \u2014 Oleksandr Dudko<\/strong><br data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"1920\" \/>A greenhouse-sector social enterprise that grows flowers, organic strawberries and grapes while employing internally displaced people (IDPs), veterans and teenagers. Beyond cultivation, the team builds turn-key greenhouses and trains farmers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2166\" data-end=\"2393\">\n<p data-start=\"2168\" data-end=\"2393\"><strong data-start=\"2168\" data-end=\"2212\">Basil-Sauce Production \u2014 Anton Korolchuk<\/strong><br data-start=\"2212\" data-end=\"2215\" \/>An eco-enterprise using hydroponics to grow basil and produce sauces. The model blends sustainable farming with innovation, adds product value and reduces resource consumption.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2395\" data-end=\"2646\">\n<p data-start=\"2397\" data-end=\"2646\"><strong data-start=\"2397\" data-end=\"2447\">\u201cLiubov\u201d Home Pastry Shop \u2014 Liubov Koriniovska<\/strong><br data-start=\"2447\" data-end=\"2450\" \/>A local producer of cakes and desserts planning to expand production and open a studio for teaching children and adults. The business supports the local economy and fosters cultural development.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2648\" data-end=\"2804\">These projects show how social entrepreneurship can not only address local challenges but also stimulate the economy, create new jobs and unite communities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2806\" data-end=\"3046\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">We believe that, thanks to the program, these entrepreneurs will scale their impact, explore new directions and strengthen their communities\u2014and we\u2019ll stay by their side to support, amplify and expand opportunities for those driving change.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have successfully completed our Accelerator of Social Entrepreneurship program for entrepreneurs from Khmelnytskyi region.
