The knowledge gained will enable participants to better coordinate their activities, make well-informed decisions, and contribute to the growth of their communities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"543\" data-end=\"1028\">Managing a religious community is a significant responsibility that requires modern expertise in management, finance, and community development. Monastic leaders often face challenges in effectively managing people, allocating resources, and implementing social initiatives.
