That is why, in collaboration with the <strong data-start=\"232\" data-end=\"267\">Association of Consecrated Life<\/strong> and the <strong>Lviv School of Business Executives<\/strong>, we have launched an educational program for <strong data-start=\"354\" data-end=\"409\">general superiors, hegumens, and monastery oikonomos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"605\">Last week, we officially began the training with the first module of the program, <strong data-start=\"496\" data-end=\"547\">&#8220;Leadership Management: Strategy and Ministry,&#8221;<\/strong> designed for general superiors of monastic communities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"607\" data-end=\"1026\">Our goal is to strengthen the leadership capacity of superiors and integrate a strategic approach to management with spiritual service. That is why the first module was focused on <strong data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"845\">leadership, personal strategy, and organizational strategy<\/strong>. During the session, participants deepened their understanding of their roles as leaders, developed personal growth strategies, and explored ways to strengthen their communities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1069\">Two participants shared their feedback:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1469\">\n<p data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1469\"><em data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1443\">&#8220;During the course, I had the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals who provided integrated, non-linear knowledge applicable to different situations. There were many practical examples, and the topics on project development for serving others were particularly valuable. I found this training extremely useful. Thank you to the organizers and lecturers!&#8221;<\/em><br data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1446\" \/>\u2014 Sister Khrystophora<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1815\">\n<p data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1815\"><em data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1795\">&#8220;I am thrilled with this project, the lecturers, and the organization, as well as with the people who generously share their knowledge and experience. I deeply appreciate the opportunity for exchange between Roman Catholics and Greek Catholics. I look forward to the next session. Thank you sincerely to the organizers!&#8221;<\/em><br data-start=\"1795\" data-end=\"1798\" \/>\u2014 Sister Miriam<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1817\" data-end=\"2215\">The next module of the program will focus on <strong data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"1920\">building relationships within and beyond the community<\/strong>. This is a crucial topic, as effective relationship management is the foundation of a healthy and harmonious community.
