The course consists of four days of in-person training.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participation is free of charge.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>More Than Theory: A Ready-to-Use Methodology for Working with Students<\/h2>\n<p>The main goal of the course is to provide teachers with practical tools they can use directly in their schools.<\/p>\n<p>During the training, participants will go through the same tasks, exercises and stages that they can later use with their own student teams.<\/p>\n<p>Each participant will receive a complete teaching and methodological package, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a <strong>methodological handbook and presentations<\/strong> with ready-to-use lesson plans, exercises, interactive activities and reflection methods;<\/li>\n<li>a <strong>student workbook<\/strong> with practical tasks, templates and tools;<\/li>\n<li>facilitation cards <strong>\u201cSocial Entrepreneurship: From Idea to Implementation\u201d<\/strong> for interactive and team-based work with students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Teachers will also explore <strong>Learning by Doing, project-based learning and facilitation approaches<\/strong>. They will learn how to organise the work of student teams and support them throughout the entire process \u2014 from identifying a problem and developing an idea to creating a business model, identifying resources, financial planning, marketing and presenting their project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Previous experience in entrepreneurship is not required.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The course is designed so that teachers do not have to develop an entire practical entrepreneurship methodology from scratch. Instead, they receive ready-to-use materials, test the tools during the training and learn how to apply them with their students.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Who Is the Course For?<\/h2>\n<p>The course is open to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>teachers who currently teach or plan to teach <strong>Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>extracurricular and school activity coordinators;<\/li>\n<li>class teachers;<\/li>\n<li>educators working with student projects;<\/li>\n<li>teachers interested in practical, project-based and entrepreneurship education.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The course is also particularly relevant for schools that want to develop students\u2019 entrepreneurial competences in a systematic and practical way.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, the school gains a trained <strong>teacher-facilitator<\/strong> who can organise teamwork, support student projects and apply a ready-to-use methodology in the educational process.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Certification<\/h2>\n<p>After successfully completing the course, participants will receive:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a <strong>professional development certificate for 33 hours \/ 1 ECTS credit<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>a certificate within the international <strong>Erasmus+ ESIC project<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>What Happens After the Course?<\/h2>\n<p>The course is the first stage in preparing teachers for practical work with student teams.<\/p>\n<p>After completing the training, schools can move to the next stage and join the <strong>Social Entrepreneurship Bootcamps in Schools<\/strong> programme.<\/p>\n<p>During the Bootcamps, teachers will apply the methodology they learned during the course while working with their own student teams.<\/p>\n<p>Students will have the opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>work on a real entrepreneurial project;<\/li>\n<li>develop a business plan for a future school enterprise;<\/li>\n<li>work with practising entrepreneurs;<\/li>\n<li>receive mentoring support;<\/li>\n<li>prepare and present their solutions;<\/li>\n<li>compete for grant support for the strongest student projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Throughout this stage, teachers will receive <strong>methodological support from the Platform for Social Change<\/strong>, while student teams will have the opportunity to work with entrepreneur mentors.<\/p>\n<p>Schools will be able to confirm their participation in the Bootcamps <strong>by December 15, 2026<\/strong>.
