{"id":1259,"date":"2026-05-28T18:02:00","date_gmt":"2026-05-28T15:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/social-change.com.ua\/?p=1259"},"modified":"2026-05-28T18:02:00","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T15:02:00","slug":"u-hmelnytskomu-vidbuvsya-kruglyj-stil-pro-marshrut-molodi-vid-navchannya-do-pidpryyemnytstva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/social-change.com.ua\/en\/u-hmelnytskomu-vidbuvsya-kruglyj-stil-pro-marshrut-molodi-vid-navchannya-do-pidpryyemnytstva\/","title":{"rendered":"Roundtable on Youth Pathways from Education to Entrepreneurship Held in Khmelnytskyi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The second roundtable within the series \u201cSocial Entrepreneurship as a Driver of Community Resilience\u201d \u2014 \u201cFrom Education to Employment: How Education, Communities, and Business Shape Pathways for Youth in Social and Green Entrepreneurship\u201d \u2014 took place in Khmelnytskyi.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event, organized by Platform for Social Change, brought together representatives of education, local communities, businesses, youth centers, civil society organizations, and social entrepreneurs to discuss how to create real development opportunities for young people \u2014 from practical skills and first work experience to launching their own initiatives and businesses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The discussions focused on the growing gap between education and the labor market, the importance of practical skills, support for youth entrepreneurship, and the need to build stronger cooperation between communities, businesses, and educational institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event was opened by Oleksandr Punda, Director of the Department of Education and Science of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of creating not only educational opportunities for young people, but also clear and supported pathways toward employment, entrepreneurship, and social impact initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the discussions, participants openly addressed the key challenges facing young people today: lack of practical experience, weak connections between education and the labor market, low confidence in their own abilities, and limited opportunities for self-realization within local communities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Special attention was given to the development of social and green entrepreneurship, the role of mentorship, the importance of soft skills and financial literacy, and the need for more practical and dynamic learning formats for youth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As part of the workshop sessions, representatives of education, business, communities, and civil society organizations worked in thematic groups to develop concrete solutions for supporting youth initiatives and strengthening cross-sector partnerships.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the main outcomes of the event was the matchmaking session, during which participants established 12 new cooperation agreements.
