Participants of the Social Entrepreneurship Accelerator for monastic communities have completed the second training module, focused on developing their business models and shaping their value propositions.<\/b><\/p>\n
The program maintains an important perspective: social entrepreneurship for monastic communities is not only about financial sustainability, but also about extending their mission of service. It is about responding to real human needs through meaningful and value-driven work.<\/span><\/p>\n The second module was dedicated to moving from an idea to a clearer structure of a future social enterprise. Participants focused on understanding the needs of their beneficiaries and designing solutions that effectively respond to those needs.<\/span><\/p>\n A key component of the module was working with the <\/span>Mission Business Canvas<\/b> \u2014 a tool that helps visualize a holistic project model. Participants developed the core elements of their initiatives to build a clear understanding of how their activities can be both socially impactful and economically sustainable.<\/span><\/p>\n Special attention was given to the <\/span>value proposition<\/b> \u2014 answering the question of what problem the project solves and what value it creates for people.
