IDPs face numerous challenges, including difficulties in adapting to new socio-economic conditions and limited livelihood opportunities. The absence of effective integration and employment mechanisms intensifies these problems, causing social exclusion.

The program provides IDP women and youth with the skills and resources to start their own social enterprises, which will contribute to their economic self-determination and social cohesion with host communities. The program runs from 2023 to 2024.

The objectives of the program are:

  1. Expanding economic opportunities for IDPs and local communities by supporting social enterprises.
  2. Promoting livelihoods through employment in small and medium-sized enterprises.
  3. Increasing social cohesion through joint entrepreneurial initiatives and community development.

The program consists of the following components:

  • Training and mentoring. Courses in management, business modeling, marketing, administration, financial management, human resources, and legal aspects of business. The curriculum includes practical components to apply theory in practice.
