Ecological transformation of agricultural production in the context of social economy
The program aims to strengthen the capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises to adopt environmentally sustainable production methods, thereby contributing to economic sustainability and reducing their environmental impact. The program runs from 2023 to 2025.
The main objectives of the program are:
- Supporting SMEs in the transition to sustainable production methods.
- Implementation of innovative technologies in agriculture and food industry.
- Development of SMEs’ capacities and competitiveness through training and knowledge transfer in the field of sustainable development.
- Promote transnational cooperation and exchange of best practices in the field of sustainable development.
Among the key areas of activity:
1. Training program for capacity building:
- Training in organisational management, business modeling, administration, financial management, and human resources management is specialized for agri-food enterprises.
- Modules covering environmentally friendly practices and methods in agricultural production.
2. Mentoring program and coaching:
- Individual mentoring and consultations for SMEs aimed at supporting the green transition, involving internal and external experts.
3. Advisory group for green agri-food production:
- Specialized consulting services to support SMEs in implementing green initiatives and projects.
4. Program for financing green agri-food production:
- Providing a variety of financial support, including grants, training, mentoring, and business development services.
