The “Empowerment Project” is an initiative aimed at supporting young people aged 15 to 24 who are not in education, employment, or training (the NEET group – Not in Employment, Education, or Training). We create opportunities for learning, employment, and the development of entrepreneurial skills, focusing our efforts on youth from rural communities in the Khmelnytskyi region.

The program aims to strengthen socio-economic resilience through the development of social entrepreneurship among NGOs in Khmelnytsky region, especially in rural areas.

The program aims to strengthen the active participation of young people from the Eastern Partnership countries in the social economy sector, with a particular focus on environmentally friendly and digital transitions through work-integrated social enterprises (WISEs).

This program is aimed at stimulating the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Ukrainian agri-food industry through the introduction of environmentally friendly technologies and practices.
